I bought this book for my 7 year old granddaughter who played her first year of basketball this year. She could NOT put this book down, reading it ever spare minute she had. As of now, she has read it several times and says it's her all time favorite. These are great chapter books for the beginners, you can't go wrong in buying one - - or more.

Wonderful cookbook - what helps is book is designed for GoWise Air Fryer. Only thing I would comment is watch the "cooking time" and the "temperature". I use lower temps and shorter cooking time when I start out. You need to peak in and see how things are cooking, then adjust the time and temperature after that. I cooked ready made Pillsbury biscuits at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. They came out perfect. Cookbook recipes are homemade recipes - not store bought already made. The book consists mainly of recipes – 100 in all – organized in terms of meal categories (breakfast, lunch, dinner, appetizers, snacks, side dishes, and desserts). Each recipe is presented with an overview, list of ingredients, and step-by-step instructions for preparing the item. Many of the recipes are for tasty south of the border foods. Examples of the recipes are apple cinnamon empanadas, blueberry muffins, french toast, omelet, vegetarian pizza, there is quesadillas, chicken tenders, like bean and cheese veggie burger, eggplant Parmesan, bruschetta, potato croquettes, crabcakes, desserts (cheesecake, brownies, cupcakes, chocolate cream pie).
I purchased the GoWISE USA Air Fryer Cookbook as a gift for my daughter in Dec '17.I also purchased the GoWISE USA 3.7-Quart 7-in-1 Programmable Air Fryer and the Air Fryer Accessories Set to accommodate it.I personally don't usually rate anything 5 star, because I don't "love" things, so this rating is from my daughter.She has used different accessories with the Air Fryer 2-3 X / week for several months now and truly "loves" it.She said she has cooked many of the recipes of meats, veggies and a variety of foods in the Air Fryer and all have turned out delicious.I'm hopeful that she will continue to have positive results with this product.
Some recipes don't list the measurements for all ingredients they aren't listed at all, but are in the instructions. There are some recipes that have one ingredient listed and a completely different ingredient called for in the instructions. It was confusing. Also most recipes call for a 7" baking pan, that will not fit properly into my GoWISE fryer.
It's a good reference book and the recipes have been good. Just need to watch the directions closely as I found at least one recipe with an ingredient in the list but no reference to putting it in the food item. I had to guess and while it turned out ok, I will need to adjust if / when I make it again.
very few recipes for the money the book was not anything in the instructions that had to do with the go wise fryer did little to help cook the meal correctly

This book has a few plant-based recipes and easily adaptable ones, which is helpful to me as a vegan, trying to decide whether to invest in an air fryer. The directions are thorough and seem easy; it's formatted nicely for reading on my iPad; there's a T. of C. -- so important in a cookbook, and there's plenty of variety in the contents. There are no pix in the e-version I bought, but other merits compensate. Some narrative enthuses more than we may be used to ("This dish is not only one of the greatest desserts of all time..." -- Crispy Apple Crumble), but he's clearly excited about the potential of his air fryer and how it has allowed his family to eat more healthfully. I'll only know if these accolades are justified by trying the recipes for myself. Reports from other foodies suggest an air fryer is well worth the purchase. His book is def tipping the scale, as I tip-toe towards buying one, too!
