starts off very interesting and relevant. Then the rambling begins, and enough content contradicts modern science (to an absurd point), that sources to the author are questionable, even while keeping an open mind.Still that are some important topics brought up (and reiterated) that coincide with a bunch of other weirdness I have experienced, so def worth a quick read.
I originally read this book in college at the recommendation of some friends. I enjoyed it, but didn't make much of it or think about it for a few years thereafter. However, with the recent rise of shows like Ancient Aliens, and the continually developing evidence for civilizations that existed centuries prior to timeframes currently "accepted," I have been reading many more texts within this field of "pseudoscience" or "New Age" ideas.What stands out to me about Frissell's book is how many ideas are tied together in one coherent whole. Focusing upon UFO's, multi-dimensional existence, chakra, re-birthing, martians, Atlantis and much more, this text weaves a huge mix of unaccepted/controversial/pseudoscience/conspiracy notions into a single unified theory. My biggest complaint of the text is simply the lack of evidence Frissell uses to defend his ideas, relying upon the idea that we, as readers, simply know what he is saying to be true. This is not to say there isn't some scientific evidence scattered about, but for the most part, it is as if Frissell isn't trying to prove to non-believers that he's correct. It's more that he knows what he says is true, and it might be, so he just says it matter of fact without need to say more.Here's the one really interesting part of the text to me: While Frissell doesn't take significant time to defend his ideas, it seems to me that the more work done by scientists, pseudo-scientists, Egyptologists, geologists, etc., the more evidence seems to unveil that what Frissell says MIGHT be 100% correct. For example, more and more evidence abounds about the actual history of our human society being much older than ever imagined, and Frissell claims has been around for hundreds of thousands of years. New theories surface regarding Atlantis on the regular, and Frissell neatly outlines its existence, how it functioned, and why it collapsed. Even multi-dimensional ideas are coming to exist more often as people try to understand consciousness, the soul, and near death experiences. That said, this doesn't prove Frissell correct, but it certainly makes one curious as to what we will know a hundred years from now, and whether Frissell (among many others in his field) were just 100% accurate in their current knowledge.To me, one of the lasting pieces of value in this text were the breathing techniques he outlined in detail. I use the Christ Consciousness breathing often, as a tool for resetting myself and reconnecting with a higher power. I feel that as I utilize Yoga and breathing more often, I will certainly reference these techniques with regularity.All in all, "Nothing in this Book is True..." at its least provides a supremely interesting way of seeing the unexplainable explained neatly and coherently, even if you choose to disregard it all as rubbish. At its most, it provides a detailed explanation of exactly how things are and have always been. Either way, it is very accessible, well-written, and certainly thought-provoking.
Frissell's work is easier for me to interpret the Drunvelo's. I appreciate the work that went intowriting it.
I realize that Bob Frissell refers to all the information that Drunvalo Melchizedek teaches in his Flower of Life books, but Bob Frissell is the better writer. The information is easy to follow and doesn't jump around. My issue with Drunvalo's book is that he will mention something in a paragraph and then the very next line says he's not going to get into that topic right now but he will come back to it later. It just doesn't flow. I appreciate the work that both of these men do, but if you really want to understand the teachings I would recommend starting with the Frissell books.

If you are a `Coast to Coast listener or just interested in theUFO's you will defiantly enjoy this book. The author takesan entertaining romp through XFile type stories with an attitude thatmakes you question if this guy really has some inside informationthat the secret government doesn't want you to know.The title is perfect for this book. I really enjoyed it until the lasttwo chapters which are less insightful and sort of boring.Getting through the explanation of the "Secret Geometry"can make your eyes glaze over as well.
I love this book so much, that I ordered two more copies to give to friends as gifts. It ties everything together and it's such an easy read that 7 chapters flew by the first tie I opened it. Love it!!
If there's any truth to this book, which everything thus far that I have researched seems to corroborate it, then reality is definitely more intriguing than fiction! I've read this book twice already and I still can't wrap my head around it.

This is a great book. I recommend it for all prescribers and nurses who work in pain, palliative care, or hosoice setting. I am almost ashamed about how much I learned considering Inhave been in the field for several years. Written in a clear, understandable, and at times humorous way. I read this book while I was preparing for NP exam for Hospice and Palliatve Care certifiation- on which there were absolutely no drug conversion questions. But I am so glad I read this and it immediately impacted my practice.
This is a a wonderfully helpful and fun book. I found it straight forward and clear. At the precise moment, I would be challenged in how to think about a calculation or conversion or something and think "Ugh I'll never get through this" the next line would cause me to burst out laughing. Dr. McPherson not only knows her pharm, she knows exactly when a student may fade away. This book is for all providers who are prescribing narcotics. Thank you for the time and energy it took to research and write.
McPherson teaches the 'gold standard' of opioid conversion. This is the only book we use when we are orienting new staff. Seasoned providers seek out and attend her seminars. Very well written and informative.

I bought a similar map when I went to Iceland. They are quite durable, being both water and tear resistant. Excellent detail, contours are very useful in landform identification. I would not hesitate to buy any NG map of similar construction or material.
I haven't used this map yet but I love how durable it is. The quality and the detail are really great!
I took this with me when I traveled to Nepal. It was handy to have.

Nice quality, good details. Served its purpose as a GENERAL map of Nepal. If you intend to do any trekking however, you will need to purchase more specific maps for the particular areas where you will be trekking. BUT buy those maps when you get to Nepal. Good quality maps at cheap prices are found everywhere in Nepal.
The scale is a bit off, doesn't easily show entire country in one image
These are great maps. I can't recommend them highly enough. Taking one to Nepal later this year and leaving the other at home so my wife can figure out where I will be each day. Very sturdy map with good details.
The city inset for Kathmandu does not have lat/long coordinates like the rest of the map. I like plotting where I have been from my gps.

Lee speaks from the heart and soul to share with us that Everything that we are experiencing - emotionally, spiritually, physically have a role and place in creation. His words are so fluid and very easy to understand, while narrating rather complex topics that shed light on our hidden fears of own successes and potentials. There are applicable exercises in here that can be done anywhere. I've read it out loud on the train, in bed, at work, while waiting for my coffee.. - because that is how accessible And very straight forward they are! I can pronounce and read all the words, no jargons. The only challenge was/is myself - to bring my full self here and with the content. I dove right into an activity which I initially enjoyed so much and even made an artwork alongside it - List 50 things you love about yourself. After reading and connecting with the chapter, I realized how most of it was what was convenient for me because others could also benefit from them, ...and little did I actually fully embrace them. The book, in just a few chapters opened up many blocks that I'd stuffed away while living in our fast culture. And wow, did my artmaking of self love suddenly become a giant piece to work through.... yay! ...nay.... but really, yay!!! Shadow work is the real deal.Lee demonstrates that Self-love truly is a practice, and easily misinterpreted when we are so caught up... boundaries was another thing that this book showed me I had been neglecting for myself, and holding myself accountable for taking Good care and a Good look at myself.This is not an easy read, while it is a simple and very accessible read.. because Lee and his channeled messages from the Z's Will tap into your heart deeply. I've read the chapters over and over, to realign and rewire my thinking. This has become like a resourceful recipe book to me, which I revisit frequently.
I have been following Lee Harris for many years now and his work has helped me tremendously!
