I am a busy woman myself, and sometimes I find it hard to eat healthy during the week. This book teaches you how to eat healthy the whole week by offering recipes which are easy to make and are full of nutrients. I also like the anecdotes after each recipes, which gives some information about the main ingredient!

Some super recipes like the sausage manicotti and the almond crusted chicken casserole. Thank you and enjoy your day.

Do you have to be a mom to enjoy this book? It definitely has given me a few options for when I just don't have the time on the day. Being a busy backpacker out enjoying long days it's good to prepare early, for budget also. I love the look of the chicken casserole, that's first on the list to try. Again with Olivia's books it's so easy to follow and have a go at making. And the best thing is you can just keep pulling the book off the shelf whenever you need some inspiration again.
